1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
A $150.00 non-refundable host fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event. Once received you will receive an email to schedule a phone meeting to further discuss your event.
2. Remaining Balance Due:
The remaining balance for your event is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event date, with no exceptions. If the full balance is not received by this deadline, your event will be automatically canceled.
3. No Refund Policy:
All payments, including the booking fee and final balance, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
If you decide to cancel your event, you must notify us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled date. Cancellations made with the required notice can reschedule their event for a future date, subject to availability. Failure to provide at least 2 weeks’ notice will result in forfeiture of all payments, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
